We understand that sometimes malfunctions happen outside the covered warranty time period or watches sustain damage that is not covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty Policy.
We offer discounted replacement parts and/or minor repair services to help get your watch back to its working condition.
Please note the solutions offered vary depending on parts and labor supply, type of damage, and location. There may be occasions where you will have to take the watch to a local jeweler to have repaired or take the replacement part to a local jeweler to have swapped out using the proper tools.
In order to qualify for these outside warranty coverage services:
- Original Grain product must be purchased directly through the Original Grain website, Amazon.com, or through an authorized retailer with proof of purchase and
- the product must be either outside the Manufacturer's Warranty period and/or have sustained damage that is outside the covered malfunctions as outlined in the Manufacturer's Warranty Policy.
