What is the extended Holiday Return Policy?

Eligible items purchased on or after November 1st, 2025, through December 25, 2025, qualify for the Extended Holiday Return Policy below:

For a Refund:

• Deadline to request a return is January 7th, 2026.

For an Exchange/Store Credit:

• Deadline to request a return is January 25, 2026

Extended Holiday Return Policy does not apply to: 

• Final Sale Items
• Free Promotional Items
• Orders placed prior to November 1, 2025 - subject to normal Return Policy
• Orders placed after December 25, 2025 - subject to normal Return Policy

• All engraved watches and rings can be returned for a refund to the original method of payment by January 7th, 2026, or for an exchange/store credit by January 25th, 2026, with a $35 restocking fee.
