Please note: All returned items must be in 'new' or 'unused' condition and still include their original packaging.
Your return will not be accepted (or restocking fees will apply at the discretion of the seller) if:
- The item is marked Final Sale/Last Call on the site
- It has been worn or taken out of original protective plastic
- You have attempted to reassemble a broken watch
- Watch is broken due to wear and tear
- It is a free promotional item (such as a bracelet or key chain)
- It is an engraved watch
