Return Policy

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, any brand-new product watches and accessories may be returned for a refund to the original method of payment within 15 days of delivery or returned for an exchange/store credit within 30 days (subject to price differences). Gift Wrap/Bags are not eligible for returns.

Extended Warranties cannot be returned for refund after the 15 day period. If a customer wishes to exchange a watch before 30 days the Extended Warranty will carry over to the updated product. If a customer chooses an upgraded or less expensive watch we will charge or refund the difference of the watch + extended warranty. All watches returned for exchange will be inspected to verify the watch has not been worn or incurred damages, All watches returned for exchange should be eligible to return to inventory. If our team deems the return not authorized for exchange the customer will be required to purchase postage for a return shipment of the originally purchased watch.

All engraved watches can be returned for a refund to the original method of payment within 15 days of delivery with a $35 restocking fee or returned for an exchange/store credit within 30 days with a $35 restocking fee.

Rings :
If you would like to return a Ring, we offer up to 15 days to return for a refund, If you request to return we will charge a $35 restocking fee. We offer up to 30 days for an exchange. After 30 days, we will no longer offer the opportunity for return or exchange.

Important for refunds: With your watch return, please include the Free Gift with your order. Any orders sent back without the free gift in their original plastic packaging will receive a $15 charge deducted from the amount to refund.

If it is an exchange, please do not return the gift. 

If you purchased from an authorized retailer, please refer to their Return Policies since we do not accept returns for refunds purchased from other locations.

Please note: All returned items must be in 'new' or 'unused' condition and still include their original packaging.

Your return will not be accepted (or restocking fees will apply at the discretion of the seller) if:

• The item is marked Final Sale/Last Call on the site and Mystery watches. 
• It has been worn or taken out of original protective plastic
• You have attempted to reassemble a broken watch 
• Watch is broken due to wear and tear
• It is a free promotional item (such as a bracelet or key chain)
