We have a 30-day exchange/store credit return policy from the day the order was delivered. All return shipping for personal preference exchanges (including size-related exchanges) are covered by the customer.
Please note: Returned items must be in 'new' or 'unused' condition and still include their original packaging.
Your exchange will not be accepted if:
- The item is marked Final Sale on the site
- It has been worn or taken out of original protective plastic
- You have attempted to reassemble a broken watch
- Watch is broken due to wear and tear
- It is a free promotional item (such as a bracelet or key chain)
- It is engraved or customized in any way
